A fenti multifunkciós sajnos időnként lefagy ezért gondoltam frissitem a firmwart. Sajnos nem tudom letölteni a hp oldaláról. Van valakinek hozzá.

A fenti nyomtatóknak típus hibája a kábelben lévő okosság elhalálozása. a nyomtató oldalán 25 polusú csati számítógépnél usb. Tudja valaki mi lakik ebben a dobozkában Q1342-60001 és lehet e olcsó pótolni. Van több ilyen nyomtató ami emiatt a kábel miatt állt ki a csatasorból. A nyomtató egyébként hibátlan. Hátlapi teszt gpmbra szépen nyotatja a csíkokat.

Sziasztok ! A hibajelenség hogy a nyomtatás első harmada után hiányzik a magenta szín a nyomtatásból !A fejtisztítást követően a teszt nyomtatás
hibátlannak tűnik! Rég nem használt nyomtatóról van szó amelynek patronjai az alsó szinten voltak utántöltésre a többi szín rendre helyre ált a magenta viszont a fentiekben leírtakat tudja ! MI az ami ezt okozhatja és a megoldás mi lenne !

Sziasztok!
Van egy HP Color Laser JET 2840-es nyomtatom, ami nem akar színeset nyomtatni. Egyszerűen ha színeset akarok nyomtatni fehér lap jön ki, semmi folt vagy csík. Fekete fehéren normálisan működik. Fénymásoláskor is üres lapot add ki ha színesen akarok másolni, fekete fehéren működik.
Mi baja lehet? Színek jól álnak....
