JVC AV-21FMG4G Chassis SCW-1362A CRT TV blinks continuously after three failing power on attempts.
According to the customer, the upper portion of the screen started shrinking with horizontal lines, then ended with a single thin horizontal line.
This suspects the vertical drive section to be problematic. No vertical output though vertical in put is OK. After conducting an ESR check for capacitors in the vertical section, C428 (100uF 35V), connecting VCC1 with Pump-up pin # 3 of the IC, it measured 1200pF. It was replaced but still no vertical output. So changed the vertical IC401 (TDA78040), and the output appeared, but still blinks after three failing start-ups. I, m suspecting the corrupt EEPROM data.

EEPROM: 24C16A
Any one with EEPROM dump for this model or any help please?

Segítségeteket kérem. Egyszerű esetnek tűnt: tv-t bekapcsolom, stby-led pirosan világít, indulni akarna, mert menne át zöldbe, de valami visszafogja, és csak pittyeg. Minden szekunder oldali diódát kiakasztottam, csak a D808-ast nem, +B-t 100w-os égővel leterheltem, de a táp nem indul. Q801-es fetet gyanítom (mert mérni nem tudom mit kell műszerrel), nem zárlatos, Sini-től vettem STP4NK60Z típust, meg egy IC-t is, MC44608 a biztonság kedvéért, beteszem őket és ami volt , az is elszállt. Most halott a kicsike. R801-es füstölni kezdett, megynyúlt 4k-ra, kicseréltem, R805 megszakadt, -csere, de semmi élet. Olvasom az elektrOnline-on (http://www.elektronline.hu/wwwboard/thread.php?sorszam=284221&reply=10), hogy ezek a fetek hamisak, úgy Sininél, mint HQ-nál, és talán Zozo-nak van eredeti. Leblokkoltam, nem tudom mihez kezdjek. Tanácsoljatok, kérlek. Kösz: Tóth Csaba

Ha a tanyán is megtalálható 29" TV-hez való flash dump-ot beleírom, akkor elindul a TV , de nincs kép csak a háttérvilágítás jön meg...
Az interneten csak rossz dump van fenn...

Ebbe a készülékbe keresnék flash tartalmat.17MB82-2 main,VES236W-NEC-03 kijelző.
Lehetőleg USB-n feltölthető legyen.Nagyon hálásan megköszönöm elöre is mindenféle segitséget.
