Üdv!
Befutott egy 11AK19, 110 fokos, ami időszakonként megeszik egy sortranzisztort. Geometriája jó, de a tranyó hűtője egy idő után extrém módon forró. Az impulzus-kondikat átnéztem. A sormeghajtó bázisán szép, enyhén trapézos négyszög, a tetején két, gerjedésnek tűnő tüskével, kollektorán ugyan csak szép négyszög, de a felső félperiódus tetején egy pukli. A sor bázisán szép négyszög, egy hosszabb és egy rövidebb negatív kioltó tüskével, a kollektoron pedig egy szép, hibátlannak tűnő szélesebb tűimpulzus. Mindenképpen vezérlésbeli gondra hajazok...
Most a tápokat fogom végig mérni, hát ha onnan kerül a gerjedés rá.
Ha van ötletetek, adjatok valami támpontot!

A gondom ezzel a 100Hz-es döggel, sötét képernyő hang van.
G2 tekerve szüke visszafutásos háttér.
Videovég cserélve, a digi-modul rgb lábain 0,3V van.
Saját eeprom mentésemmel a helyzet ua.
Ötlet esetleg rajz jól jönne.

Üdv mindenkinek.Stevepapa vagyok,kaptam a fent nevezett tv-t.Nem volt benn sortranyó.Át mértem,kondiztam és tettem bele egyet ami kb 5mp-ig élt.Ekkor bekapcsoltam a szkópot,minden
rendben volt,szép hajtójel,sima tápok.A bajok
akkor jöttek mikor rákötöttem az izzót.A 136v-os táp igen furcsa jeleket produkált,ami ráült
a 14v-ra is meg a sorjelre is.Remélem valaki már találkozott ilyen hibával,előre is köszönöm.

Lehet ezt a sasszit factory resetelni?
