Összegyűlt néhány alaplap amin kontakhibás a BGA. Pár fórumot végig olvasva, kérdezném, van e valakinek, házilag olcsón megvalósítható ötlete. Magam a következőt ötlöttem ki, finomlemezből kis az ic méretének megfelelő tálcába ónt olvasztok. Kihűlése után hőpasztával bekenve ráhelyezem az ic-re. Ezután pákával addig melegítem, míg az ón ismét megolvad. Picit hosszadalmas, kettőt kipróbáltam de félek, nem tudom pontosan a helyén tartani. A próba daraboknál nem volt probléma mert a környékét kigyomlálva volt hely rögzíteni. Kérem akik ebben jártasabbak írják meg tapasztalataikat. Köszönöm.

A Samsung S16B tv-be jól láthatóan be van építve(biztosan véletlenül)a meghibásodás lehetősége.A mem ic-t természetesen a sorvégfok mellé kell tervezni.Egy kis por, pára, szutymorgás és kész a baj.Garantáltan jó helyre ver a szikra.Ez ugyan olyan jó, mint a direkt hűtőborda mellé tett elkó.Ügyes!Köszönjük, így legalább van mit javítani.
