Üdvözlök minden kedves fórumtagot,ma regisztráltam az oldalra.
A következő a kérdésem:
LG 21FS4LRX Tip. Tv készülékem van, még nincs 5 éves.
A hiba: a kép kiváló, viszont hang nincs.
Mi lehet a hiba? Hogyan javítható?

Már feltettem a kérdést egy másik topikban, de az igazából másról szólt.
A készülék üzem közben elkezdett büdöset árasztani magából. Akkor áramtalanították. Mikor belenéztem semmit gyanúsat nem láttam, így bekapcsoltam nyitva, és a sortrafó tolta ki magából a füstöt, más alkatrészen nem látszott még csak barnulás sem.
A kérdésem az lenne, hogy ezekben mi okozhat ilyen hibát? Tartok tőle, hogy a trafó csere után derül ki még valami drágább baja, a tulaj viszont nem akar túl sokat költeni rá.

Segitségre lenne szükségem,a szervizmenube hogy lehet bejutni?
Vagy esetleg ha valaki találkozott effélével,a hiba AV nincs hangkimenet.

A fenti tv nem indul, tápcsati megfelelő mérőpontján 3,55V van. A pufferen 396V van. Ezeket találtam: TDNRH6281090 , LGP 4247-13LP pufferen LG LED folyamatosan világít az előlapon, gombnyomásra nem reagál. Táppanelen lévő LED sem világít.
Sajnos többet nem tudtam kideríteni, szervizkönyv híján.
Tudnátok segíteni merre induljak?

A fenti tv nem indul, tápcsati megfelelő mérőpontján 3,55V van. A pufferen 396V van. Ezeket találtam: TDNRH6281090 , LGP 4247-13LP pufferen LG LED folyamatosan világít az előlapon, gombnyomásra nem reagál. Táppanelen lévő LED sem világít.
Sajnos többet nem tudtam kideríteni, szervizkönyv híján.
