I have 40v activ energy batteries. The battery immediately blinks red after connecting to the charger, even though it has not been used, "error" I have 3 such batteries. In one I replaced the BMS, everything works. My question is whether there is a chance to repair the integrated circuit and where to look for it?

This IC communicate with charger send serial data via ID pin, I think this IC is programmed in Factory and you can not buy it..
