Samsung SGH-A837 mobilephone disassembly

I have a At&t Samsung model SGH-A837. How do I disassemble the cell phone. I needed a sim adapter. I inserted the sim card without the adapter. Sim card is pushed all the way inside the cell phone. I can not find one video how to disassemble cell phone. Need help please.
