Panasonic DP-UB424EGK NO EJECT DISC

Hello! Here have problem with of disk lock.  There is NO EJECT.
Recommendation at the page 36 Manual doesn't  help.
If you had same problem of BD_DVD unit from Panasonic ,please me about  steps to resolve.
