JBL cinema SB350 main board not turning on after compounent burned

as title says sb350 mainboard had a short on the power button/input ribbon and seemed to have caused a short burning out what seems to be a small cap
i have removed it and seems to be no short in the area but i cant seem to get 3v anymore
