(1)download NR676 service manual.
(2)see P.7 
(3)unplug your amp.
(4)open the metal casing.
(5)See P.56. REMOVE the vertically mounted board BACLA1988
(6)plug your amp
(7)turn your amp ON.
(8)If it still turns off, faulty is power. amp section
(9)If it turns off, faulty is BACLA1988, the voltage amp.
