Has anybody an idea how to remove the CD drive from the box?

I have the problem that the cd door hangs

Usually a problem with some rubber belt drive. You'll have to open the cover and check if you can find any kind of rubber belt drive and carefully turn the pulley (slowly). That should release the Disc spinning transport and after some more turns drive the drawer out. For repairing: get out the belt and lay it down as a circle. Measure the diameter and order it a tiny bit smaller. You will have to measure the rubber belt thickness as well to get the proper ruggedness of the belt.
