NEI 60SE5000 tv - CB116 is crushed

tp.s506.pb 821 is the main, it seems like CB116 is crushed and this seems to be a common issue with this PCBA. Did somebody know if only CB116 is broken or usually this come with another components? Please contact me at maryan17 at ymail point com
