Mean Well PT-65-R13VAI power supply stopped working

PS stopped working, bulged capacitors C24, C25 and other capacitors C11, C18, C23, C28,replaced but the problem persists. Q1 K4110 is good.
I have no schematic. Any idea will highly be appreciated.
