PANASONIC CQ-C5400N inputs not work properly

This radio has 3 line-level inputs (CD IN) (AUX IN).
The CD IN input does not play any sounds when connected to a sound source. AUX IN input, only 1 channel works.
Where to dig, please tell me the reason.

Turbo,
First check the CD IN and AUX in connectors and cables for continuity. There is a chance that the short cable from the unit to the RCA socket is broken.
