LG 32LX2RME not turn on

My LG 32LX2RME screen, the standby LED lights up when plugged into the mains, but it does not give the power-on order when pressing on on the touch keyboard or when pressing on on the remote control. 
The lit led remains fixed red without blinking.  The power on is not activated
