Hi, I need help in finding the threading pattern for the FM tuner pointer. The string has broken so I have no idea how or where to start the rethreading task. I have no idea how many turns of the string to put on the plastic wheel that is attached to the FM tuner shaft. How long does the thread have to be to get the correct tension so that when the FM tuner knob is turned the pointer moves evenly across the frequency scale. I do hope someone out there can help me out.

Hi Dave,
SS11 seems very similar from the outside. Here is a complete manual, which contains the string pattern for both the AM and the FM section. SS12 might be different but you can get some idea.
