Brahma SM592 Burner controller issue

Sir,
       I am stuck up with a problem related to the above burner controller. When i switch ON the AC power to the circuit, a relay operates after a small delay and 230v AC appears at pin 8 which drives a Transformer to the Ignition and immediately TRIPS and the Neon comes ON. As I cannot create a fire or ignite in the Lab How do I simulate the condition and TEST the circuit in my Lab? Please help me. My mail Id mohaniti2002@gmail.com
