Sony str-km2 displaying "usb fail error message" and switches itself off

Hi.
I am facing an issue of a Sony STR-KM2, that displays "USB FAIL" and turns off. The big concern is that this model DOES NOT have USB port (Argentina model).
Can anyone help??
