Sharp LC-39LE752E does not power on

Sharp LC-39LE752E is not powering on.
The red Led to indicate power was not coming on.
I originally thought this was problem with the power-supply, but finally it seems that a small capacitor on the button-board is the cause.
The 3.3V voltage regulator IC9608 on the mother-board was limited due to max.current.
Capacitor C5103 on the button board DUNTKG221WE02 was shorting the 3.3V.
After replacement the tv works ok
