Sanyo HEC DR21 Massage Chair Parts

Hello, wondering where to order Sanyo HEC DR21 Massage Chair parts.  Specifically, the white plastic roller/bushings that guide the massage assembly up and down in their rails.  They have disintegrated.  Thanks for any and all help...even a part number would be great.  Thanks so much!!  ~Bill
