Our freezer keeps shutting off. When I open our freezer each morning, the stuff inside has started to melt and the condenser is not running. If I turn the temp control knob to off and then back on again, it starts running again. After some time, it shuts off again and I have to turn the knob to get it running. Is this a temperature control/thermostat issue? Any suggestions on how I can fix this myself?
