There is a Samsung HT SB1/WS1 device after repairing the power supply unit, when you plug the cord into the socket, the indicator light turns white under the panel. When you turn on the power button this indicator goes out and there is no reaction to the other buttons until you unplug the cord from the socket. The unit has a UIC2 memory chip. I have tried installing a new one, erased its contents, but nothing changes. I came to the conclusion that I need to flash this chip. Please help me.
