17qpz17-2 lcd monitor power supply issue

Hi,
Lcd monitor power supply do not high voltage output voltage is low. Other power supply ojtput voltaje afe ok . Please tr200 change it but doesn't output hivh voltaje.  Can you help me

Change elko in "high" voltage, or change in primary power IC's elko (location near IC 47uF/50V)
