Samsung galaxy s8 no sound

My Samsung Galaxy s8 is not giving me any sound from both top and bottom speakers. It won't also write earphone Jack but it can connect to a bluetooth device but the sound won't play through that. It can't do recording or play. If I try to make a video recording after tapping the red button it will just stay on as if it has freeze for 10-15s sometimes more and it will just tell me system ui not responding. Please I hope you will attend to this post thank you
