Hello, greetings to Yamaha team,
I am a proud owner of Yamaha HTR-3072 which was procured during end of 2019. I just want to share that since begining I am facing Sound interruption due to switching on/off of other appliances though I have also with additional external power supply board having line surge suppressor (filter).
Another problem which I have observed is - whenever there is a power failure due to power cuts and when power is restored, the sound intermittent interruption in sound is observed. To overcome this, I have to switch off connected TV, HTR-2072, Sub-woofer and restart again.
Based on experience of your service team, kindly suggest way ahead to resolve this issue. Just to share myself is an Electrical Engineer and during my college days I used to assemble tape recorders with power amplifiers and during my service carrier I was involved in manufacturing, assembly and testing of Electrical/Electronics panel and will certainly able to resolve any technical problem suggested by Yamaha Service team.
