SONY CDP-X777ES Tray Slow Open

Hi,
My SONY CDP-X777ES, Tray slow open.  I replaced the belt.  Now it will not open.  It will not play disc, the disc no spinning at all.

I supply 9v battery to the motor, and it open smoothly.  Why?  What is wrong?

Hello!
If the motor shaft is jammed or the commutator contact is faulty, such an error may occur. Fine quality oil should be dripped into the shaft bearing. I recommend spraying the commutator with contact spray (not WD40!). If the belt is too tight, it can also stifle engine power.
If all this does not help, the current and voltage of the motor must be measured during operation. If this is correct and the motor still cannot produce more power, it must be replaced. If, on the other hand, the current is too small, the drive circuit must be examined.
