Acer P1206 psu issue, needed level 3 service manual

Hi, I have Acer P1226 service manual but my requirements is P1206, and I need level 3 for it.Bcoz in my power supply LNK364 IC used for 5v stby ,when I connect load it drops to  zero voltage , with same model other unit LNK364 is burnt and some diodes also broken ZD4, it has 3color band with R Y G. Unable to find right value. PLZ if anyone find this manual forward to us. Thanks.(Vanakkam, Nandri).
