Samsung le40n87bdx clicking not powering on

Hi, I’m hoping for a bit of advice for salvaging my old Samsung. It is very similar to the quite popular le40m86/87 TVs that were a gamer’s dream back in 2006/2007. This is a common problem with these TVs and usually caused by bad capacitors. I had a go at fixing the problem 5/6 years ago and changed all the black/silver capacitors in the top right of photo 2 and didn’t seem to do anything (changed for higher voltage 10v to 25v).

Today I’ve re-soldered all the old looking joints on the rear of both boards - no luck.

I’ve just checked the standby voltage which should be 5.2 on pin 3 (from the top - see top right just below the silver block - voltage regulator?). Because it’s currently clicking its jumping from 1.8v to 13v.. which points back to the capacitors again?

Any advice appreciated.

I can't see the picture, but I think the capacitors heat up in a closed place.
