can somebody from KSTAR or from anyone, will try to help me in regards to our KSTAR UB20 UPS.. errors
a) the moment you plug in - it automatically starts operation
b) it can not be switch off
c) it does not indicate the voltage and the temperature on the display monitor
d_ when you remove the plug from the source, the monitor display will only last for approximately 3-5 sec.
We tried to checked the battery voltages and still they were good .. 12.4V each
we checked fuses and all were good
checked for any busted semiconductor but all were seems ok
we tried to reset the UPS by pressing the ON BUTTON but as i indicated that the moment you press or plug in, it automatically starts operation
