Proton 300 Speakers & Amp

I would like to buy a better/upgraded Sub & Tweeter that will sound better than the already great sounding stock speakers. Hopefully they can drop right in with minimal to no adjustments. Also is there a way to upgrade the Amp or buy another that can fit perfectly with the Proton 300 bcuz I've blown the speakers as well as the Amp in my previous Proton 300.
