UNI-T UT33D+ multimeter not even on

Dear sir
I was going to measure the voltage of a misquote net not sure it is AC or DC but its high volts. I put the selector switch on 600 AC, as I connect the prob to the mosquito net, my multimeter LCD goes off. The 200mA fuse was burn, I replace it but still the not work. Please help me out.
