My onkyo HT-R592 volume level has become erratic. Sound does not come in all speakers. At a time only 2 or 3 speakers work and suddenly volume in one speaker becomes unbearably high

This must be relays problem. Open ALL speaker ,spk, relays, cleaning their sliver contacts ,4 contact points, will get fixed. Or buy 3 relays to replace them ALL. Each relay controls 2 spk channels.
and suddenly volume in one speaker becomes unbearably high. The volume contact is not good. You can open the volume and clean the contact, I prefer to replace the volume directly.
