My brother bought an Iconia Tab W500 from his friend and gave it to me, eventually. It appears that the tablet has issues: its touch sensors won't work, no battery detected (if unplugged from power, the tablet dies), can't install updates, can't connect to the internet, etc. I don't exactly know where to start.
