Victor TT-71, neon lamp does not light, speed is lower than normal.  This is subsequent some short circuit the owner does inside the device.  No further details.

I found out the VICTOR QL7 have the same motor driver amd I downloaded the service manual that I attached here in case this manual is not already uploaded.

Looking at the diagrams I found out that at TP3 (same with pin5 of IC803) instead if that rectangular signal, I have nothing but 5VDC and a negative or positive short spike whenever I'm starting or stopping the motor and 
Under the circumstances I suspect IC803 is defective.  The bad thing, IC803 is NPC SC8043.  Also I wonder if the crystal is fine (except that I wonder what can be wrong with a crystal after some short circuit).

Does anybody have any more suggestion?

Also, where can NPC SC4043 be sourced?  Also, a crystal 9.054MHz?

 Panasonic SA-GX170 a hangerőpotm. feltekerésekor "overload"-ot ír kikicsivel a ventillátor elindulása után. (Szerintem) az IC jó, a feszültségei rendben vannak, így azt gondolom, a végfokok jók. Bemenő jel nélkül is ezt produkálja. A forrasztásokat már átnéztem, mert sokszor találkoztam már azzal, hogy vagy a végfok, vagy a stab.tok lábainál elengdnek a forrasztások.Tudna valaki tippet adni, hogy mit érdemes átnézni?

A címben említett erősítő tápja azt produkálja, hogy a STB 5V pulzál rajta, ha a front panel csatlakoztatva van, akkor a power led jól mutatja a jelenséget. Nem védelmi módban van, hanem tényleg mérve is, mászkál a táp folyamatosan 2-5V közt. Elkók esr-re, kapacitásra jók.  TF91 trafó és az IC91 névre hallgató pwm contorller is jó. Aki esetleg javította ezt a kapcsolóüzemű tápot, adhatna pár tanácsot, mert ezekben nem nagyon vagyok otthon...

A hibát az IC92 pwm kontroller okozta, de jól meg is szívatott mert rendeltem a HQ-tól, még szerencse, hogy 2 db-ot, persze amit elsőre beforrasztottam halott volt, és el vitte magával az IC91-et is. Mindkettő cseréje után a táp elindult.
