Hi guys,
I've obtained bare Wavetek 1175 Benchmark scalar analyzer without any probe and manual.
The problem was in power supply, now is ok, and problems persist without probes ( for Ch A and Ch B) and manual.
Wavetek description for probe is: Power sensor with dual balanced, zero bias, low barrier schottky diodes.
I cannot find original probes, but I will make probe, I have some experience with GHz milivoltmeter probes (HP3406A , TF2603 Marconi).
System have message : Absent probe, and probes is detected with 3 pins of microcontroller 87c196 on AD board.
I need service manual or the schematic diagram for original Wavetek probe.
Any help and advice is welcome.

Készítettem egy egyszerű "műszert" ,amit arra szeretnék használni ,hogy nagy számú ,részben nehezen hozzáférhető 2, 12 V-os akku cellát teszteljek terhelés alatt.A képen látható penelmérő alkalmas lenne erre ,sajnos érzékeny a fordított polaritésra. A soros dióda érthető okok miatt nem alkalmas ,a párhuzamos pedig "maradandó" védelmet nyújt ,nem folytatható a mérés.
Nem akarok komolyabb elektronikát ,segédtápot ,stb. beépíteni és feltétel volna ,hogy esetleges fordított polaritás esetén ne menjen tönkre és a mérés javítás nélkül folytatható legyen.
