Kérdésem az lenne, hogy ennek az eredeti AM-50N06 FET-jeit cserélte-e már valaki RFP vagy FQP50N60-ra, és ha igen, milyen eredménnyel. Esetleg más ötlet a helyettesítésükre?

Sziasztok! Szükségem lenne AKAI AM-U3 típusú erősítőhöz BG-158Z típusszámú vákuum-fluoreszcens kijelzőre. Ha valakinek van, kérem jelezze. Köszi: Levente
Tiszteletem!
A fent említett carradió rajzára lenne szükségem, ha valakinek megvan.
Nem fogadja el a kódot, az eepromot kiolvastam és ugyan az a cod volt benne, ami a sn-ből is kilehetett calculálni, de azért írtam bele másik dump tartalmat, de semmi.
A display megy , de néma, még kiforrasztott eepromnál is elindul.
Gondolom helyes cod nélkül letilja a hangot.
Olybátünik egy smd alkatrész hiányzik az eeprom mellől, kicsit meg is van pörkölődve.
