LE32R32 folyamatosan villog a készenléti led

A fenti tv táp(BN96-03832A) javítás után nem indul el, csak a készenléti ledet  villogtatja folyamatosan. Tápban összes kondi mérve, hibásak voltak a szekunder oldalon azok  cserélve lettek. 
A felszitázott feszültségek megvannak, inverter is megkapja a 24-v-ot. 
Main panelon kis aluházas kondikat még nem cseréltem, mert a stabokon megvannak a feszültségek. Táp szűretlenség miatt elszállhatott a main lap?
