hoztak egy ilyen fentebb leirt heggesztőt,bekapcsra semmi élet nincs benne,se venti nem forog,még nemmértem semmit ,de jólenne egy rajz hozzá.

A címben szereplő táp terheletlenül pontosan 15V-ot ad le. Már 1A-es terhelésnél leesik a kapocsfeszültsége 10V körülre. A benne található elektrolit kondenzátorokat ESR mérővel mind jónak mértem.
Mérésre a passzív elemek jók. Sajnos kapcsolási rajzot nem találtam róla a neten.
Ha valakinek lenne kapcsolási rajza, javítási javaslata kérem segítsen.
