Hp 1020-as nyomtatóm szellemképesen nyomtat.Gondolom a toner okozza.Tanácsot szeretnék kérni,hogyan javítható a probléma?

A fenti nyomtatóval az lenne a gond, hogy a lap felétől kezdi a nyomtatást.Ez nyomtatási beállítási hiba (ugyan nem találtam erre utaló beállítást), vagy valami meghibásodásra utal?
Toner csere is volt, azzal is ugyan ezt produkálja, sőt szkennelésnél is ugyan ez.

A fenti nyomtató csak a sárga tonerét használja. Ha feketére állítom megy a fekete toner. Színes üzemmódba viszont csak sárga tonert használ. Tonerek dobegység cserélve lett, hibaüzenet nincs. Hallani, hogy végig megy az összes toneren de csak a sárga kerül a dobegységre. Szétszedve látszik, hogy nem nyomja a többit neki csak a sárgát.
Találkozott már valaki ezzel a hibával? Mi lehet az oka?

Úgy kaptuk, hogy épp a szétverés, kidobás előtt pár perccel, tehát megmentettük.
Ennyit ír ki:
no cartridge
Insert black cartridge
Oldalára volt fordítva és a tápegység körül valami fekete trutyi folyik ki belőle.
Lehetséges, hogy ténylegesen csak festék kéne bele?
