A táp rendben, minden alkatrész mérve jó
Amit nem mértem az az LM 393 és a nagy IC
Enek az IC nek a beazonosításában kérnék segítséget.
Esetleg ha valaki találkozott már ezzel a készülékkel, minden javaslatot szívesen veszek.

Javítom a címben megadott típusú CB adó/vevőt.
Az Rf. végtranzisztora BE szakadt.
Típusa: 2SC1969.
Lehet-e még valahol kapni ezt a típust, illetve mivel lehet helyettesíteni?

Egy 8 lábú alkatrész, oldalanként 4-4 láb, a szélsőkön látszik, hogy valami huzal vezet be, a középsők pedig a panelba vannak forrasztva. Üzem alatt enyhén melegszik (36-40 fok), és egy kis ohmos értékű (3-5 ohm) induktivitásra van kötve (csatlakozón keresztül).
Ha valaki találkozott már ilyen alkatrésszel, kérem írja meg mi lehet ez? Csatolom a felülnézetét, és az oldalnézetét is.
