Került hozzám ez a nagyon régi Hi-Fi-s darab javításra.
Alkatrészről szeretnék meg tudni valamit hogy mi ez egyáltalán, neve D313. Tokozás: TO-220
Van még egy FS 7805 M jelű stab IC az "M" mit jelöl? szintén TO-220 tokban
A segítséget előre is köszönöm!
A hiba 7805 stab Ic zárlata okozta, csere után a készülék bekapcsol és köszöni szépen jól van :)

üdv mindenkinek: keresném ennek az autórádiónak a rajzát
A rádió szól, végfok alig langyos, a többi IC sem meleg.
Hibák:5 percenként kikapcsol, majd vissza,2 SD 2058 nagyon melegszik
Előlapon nem látszik a kijelzés, csak kéken világít. Hangolható, gombok vakon működnek.
5 V, 9 V van,3,3-at nem találok.
A flat kábel jó,kimérve,de szkóppal nem látok jelet.
Az egész átforrasztva,melegítve, fagyasztva.

Sziasztok! Van egy Panasonic SA-HT520 Home Theater szólt egy darabig azután kattant egyet és azóta tök süket. A vezérlő egysége nem ír ki semmilyen hibakódot, látszólag jó csak az Active Subwoofer nem szólal meg. Lehet végfok IC?

Szerintetek lehet e hidba kapcsolni a fent nevezett erősítőből 2db-ot?
Leirást nem találtam róla ahol esetleg emlitenék!
