Hi, i'll try to help you out:

- Picture or minimum raster appears on the screen before it falls to Stand-by again? If yes, please use the self-check function to restore the Eeprom's initial data, and based on the SM check the Self-Check results!

If raster or OSD not present, try that following steps:
- While you swithced on the TV for a short period, before it's falling down to stand-by, use Digital Multimeter to check the Main's power supply voltages, and parallel check the startup from stand-by mode, measuring voltages at the near circuits of 'power-on' opto. Check at te Primary side, Main Power IC's circuit, the 'soft power-on' transistor and the opto's Primary circuit part!
- If Main Power Voltages are not present, please check the Primary stage, if +300V are present, please measure 'start-up' trials of the Primary power IC, and check the Voltage changes while you're trying to start from stans-by with the TV's remote! - Replace the IC.
- If Main Power Supply works, pleasae check fuses and fuse resistors, Diodes, Rectifier half-briges on the Secondary side!
- Localize the Power-ON fail, searching after the important phases of Power-ON cycle, which circuits are starts...
- Resolder the pins of IC in Vertical Deflection stage, and check other mainboard places in regard of cold joints, resolder all suspicious points!
- If Main Power stage starts, no faulty Fuse Resistors or Fuses, Vertical Deflection works, please check the FBT, measuring negative peak voltage on 'the sole' of HV. coil, check the protection circuit's signal, feedbacked as X-Ray to the Microcontroller...
- If you have an oscilloscope, please check the signal path of H-Drive, waweforms of the FBT.
- Check the I2C bus signals

Good luck!

Thanks, solved the problem by correcting the 3.3v standby. Was way over limit.
