Mit tudok tenni?Köszönöm a segítsége :Boldog:

Hi gianluca!

Sorry, but I don't understand the right issue.
So when you started the repair process the unit switched on normally, but when yo entered in the service or test mode the unit switched off and since then does not switch on. Is it right?

If you have under voltage on the non switched pins of the SMPS disconnect it from the main board and measure them without load. If the issue persist you have to repair the SMPS first. Check the rectifier diodes on the secondary side and the electrolytic caps. The caps made in Japan has no visible signs on the top, so you must remove them and check the ESR, but is better to change them. When the SMPS works fine (the output voltages are correct) connect it back to the unit and measure the voltages again. If the voltages are ok, you can continue to repair the original issue. If the voltages drops down again probably there is an overload on the non switched line.

I was wondering, what should happened if you shorted the +5V to the GND. In that case the IC1504 may be internally destroyed. That IC’s input is routed to the line where the 5V regulator of the NON SW +5V is routed too. So the issue can cause by the broken IC1504 too.

ok i try to explay better, so i try to switch test mode and service mode, together (short pin tp6010 to tp6011 and short the cut jumper wire near ic6001, like in image that i've upload) but the vcr power off with no led/light indication.
I think the combination of bot makes the short of 5v. I've check the voltage in the collector (6,3v) and base (6,1v), in the power supply and is ok. Can you tell me where is IC1504?
many thanks for your fast reply.

Hi,

IC1504 is a linear voltage regulator located on the top of your schematic. I'm not sure that the position number is correct, because is not clearly readable.

" I've check the voltage in the collector (6,3v) and base (6,1v), in the power supply and is ok."
This is interesting. In that case the emitter voltage must be 5,4V. If there is 1,5V only than the transistor is damaged.

yes, now it works, after complet recap of power supply, and replace the transistor that i found burnt. Thank you again, especially for your patient.
Best regards, and don't try to engaged test+ service mode ;)

ok so i write in english, i hope you understand me. I have check all the voltage of the power supply, the pin 11-12 gives 1,5v instead of 5,3v. i have uploaded the voltage chart.
This videorecorder, don't have opto-electic sensor, because i keep the case open when it was working.
I don't want to change forum, because i like elektrotanya, and is the best on the internet.

Hi,

"This videorecorder, don't have opto-electic sensor, because i keep the case open when it was working."

All VCRs has opto-sensors to determine the begin and the end of the tape, the position of the cassette holder (in some WCRs there is a push button), rpm of the reels, ect. These sensors are sensitive to the normal ambient light too. If all of the sensors receive light at the same time the unit goes off one's head. To prevent this you have to work in the semi dark environment. The service or the test mode may disable the tape ends limit opto’s and you can work in the strong light too.

Hi,

There is non switched (continous) 5,3V, looks like it is the main problem. May be short circuit or over current. Find a hot IC. Or may be the power supply side failure, check (and write here) Q1102 voltages on PSU board (in schematics, left from the connector).
Regards,
Jácint

hi, the collector-base voltage chart is right from service manual. i think that i make a short when i try to engage together service/test mode.(see in detail the images attached)

Sziasztok.
Jól mondod a Q1102 kell mérni, annak is a bázisát.

First steps...check the power supply and front panel caps and replace if have high esr,
check suspect solder joints, remove every ribbon cable to clean the contacts...
