Maybe I need EEPROM .bin file but i can't acces the Sony site. I'm Sorry.

Hello, 
your title and post are not really describing the problem, or maybe just I don't understand it. 
So you plug in the tv, you have standby led. Then you turn it on, and it goes out? And nothing happens?

Hello, well, when i plug the tv the led goes on and the power supply goes on too for many seconds and goes off, there are not remote response, this tv has received an eléctrical discharge, i had yet repaired the power supply, the manual service say that this problem maybe is related with the eeprom.

So that means, you can disconnect the power supply board from the main, and you can force it to start all the voltages, and also the backlight?
If you need to search for eprom, you will need to provide more info on your set.
Please make photos of all the stickers on the back cover, including serial number. Also, we need clear, quality pictures of the mainboard.
Then we can move on.
