Marantz AV Amp NR1403 no HDMI output

This unit has no HDMI output , the audio is OK, the fault occurred after the lamp failed in the  projector  this unit was connected to ,
Have tried doing a factory reset , no change

Has anyone experience of this please ?

Hello!

Are the HDMI inputs working? Do you have audio from each HDMI inputs?

Hi,  thank you for your reply, there is no audio if using any of the HDMI inputs , analogue is OK , it's looking like IC1007 the processor has failed ? maybe caused by a spike when the projector lamp failed ?
I have found the attached tech info , but will need more time to explore what it says

Hello,

Yes, the ADV3002 or the ADV7623 may be faulty.

If the HDMI1-5 doesn't work, but the front HDMI is working, the HDMI multiplexer ADV3002 (U1000) is faulty.
If all HDMI inputs and the output is dead the HDMI transciver ADV7623 (IC1007) is faulty.

Please do not upload Marantz neither Denon technical documentation here, because is forbidden.
