Sorry, I can't help you out with further steps, measurement suggestions, if you can't fulfil countermeasures what I'll propose! So, among of that I made some search, and your TV-set Chassis SM-50 it is a commonly known, Sharp-Mitshubishi chassis, your TV-model 100% same as Mitshubishi 20103, and for that model many results on the Net. for example:

Service manual of the analogue Sharp Model:  https://www.electronica-pt.com/esquema/tv/sharp-esquemas-tv/sharp-13g-m60-chassi-sn-50-3812/
Eeprom
dump: https://www.electronica-pt.com/esquema/firmware/tv-dumps/mitsubishi/mitsubishi-cs-20203-60959/

Because of the fact, this chassis is LIVE, not isolated from Main's, please very carefully open and measure it's any internal part! If you're not experienced, LIVE CHASSIS nothing means to you, in this case please avoid to open this unit, please find an experienced friend or colleague, please DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIR by yourself! These helpful links contains enough info for serviceman or for your friend, who is somehow skilled person in electronics, to start fault investigation. Some technical description, this Chassis special, Thyristor used in power supply section, and Line Output Transformer palying in the role of the ballast power transformer too! Sneaky idiot electronic design, to be able to achieve the minimum power consumption... When you push the MAIN power button, the conservative normal stand-by transformer and some parts generates the stand-by voltages as +12V, +5V. If the stand-by voltages are present, and processor controls the relay, I mean switches on normally the mains power supply, then you have to go further to measure the main switcing power transformer (what is the LOT one coil stage itself...), the ballast coil coil surrounding parts, and thyristor driver IC's power control environment, where the thyristor driven. Using this circuit the +119V System Main +B voltage generates. Please trace the stages logically, stage, by stage, using the isolating transformer, if you could have! Have a good luck!

Hi,
could you tell us some more details? What are you mean, 'not power on'? Questions:
- No stand-by or no any 'lifesignal'?
- Do you have any experience on field EE or electronic repair techniques?
- Do you have any instrument, such as the minimum Digital Multimeter to measure?
- When you try to switch on with Main's switch, the Stand-by Led lits on or flashes or nothing?
- Did you hear any hiss noise, sparkling noise, at least the sound of Demagnetizer of the CRT while you turned on your TV?

When your reply shows the situation, we'll continue...
