Yamaha MC-400 keyboard, LEDs not work

Hi!
I just purchased a used Yamaha MC-400 organ/keyboard. It works and sounds terrific, The only problem is that the lights/LEDs don´t work so its a bit difficult to see which effects or sounds is on.
Any one here that might have an idea whats wrong?
