Hi staff. I have a keyboard, or rather a Roland C-180 PORTABLE ORGAN that suddenly has NO SOUND. I have no scheme to try to do a better analysis. I immediately thought it was the internal amplifier but it is not, because it is working normally. I am thinking that maybe there it as malfunction with the programmer circuit that controls everything, because it doesn-t anything at all. I ask for help please.

Hi,
the explanation is `bit confusing. You finde out there is no sound at all and also finde PA is OK. But, the last sentence cofused me about controllnig everything circuit. Now I`m not shure there is no sound only or controlls also failed. I asume there is no sound olny. In that case you should locate PCM IC. Common error is that in syth and digital pianos. Because I don`t have SM, can`t say wich IC is PCM in C180 but you will finde it easily by serching IC`s funktion on net by markings on it.
