Philips 49PUS6162/12 inverted and mirrored picture

Hi a customer dropped this tv to me and it has an inverted and mirrored pic I have tried factory reset but no good. I have inputed the 3 digit option codes from the back cover in sam mode but no good. I suspect U409 eprom is the problem or wrong screen type or customer changed the main board but he says not.Can you advise on what codes I could put in and where as in option numbers.
