Sony HCD-SH2000 mini hi-fi turns off, display PROTECT

A cada rato se apaga y dice PROTECT. Cambié la reglita y lo conecté directamente a la pared. Qué puede ser? Gracias por su valiosa ayuda.

Every so often it turns off and says PROTECT. I changed the ruler and connected it directly to the wall. What can be? Thanks for your valuable help.
